Om tjänsten Som Professional Services Specialist hos oss är du en nyckelperson för våra kunder. Din huvudsakliga uppgift är att säkerställa en framgångsrik onboarding och hjälpa kunderna att få ut maximalt värde av våra produkter. Du kommer bli specialist inom en rad områden som exempelvis koncernkonsolidering, rapportering och finansiell analys. Du kommer få tillfälle att arbeta med många bolag och koncerner inom olika branscher och storlekar med varierande komplexitet. Målet är att du, genom din expertis, hjälper dem att ta fram ett bra underlag för deras beslut och analyser.

Dina dagar kommer att vara fyllda med kundmöten, främst online, där du onboardar och stöttar våra kunder i våra produkter. Du kommer även:

  • Hålla i utbildningsforum för större byråer med många konsulter.
  • Agera expertstöd till säljorganisationen vid workshops och demonstrationer.
  • Samarbeta tätt med våra produktchefer och utvecklare genom att testa nya funktioner och rapportera eventuella buggar.
  • Vara en viktig länk mellan kunden och vår interna organisation.

Om dig

Vi tror att du har en stark grund inom ekonomi, antingen via utbildning eller tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet. Du trivs i en konsultativ roll där du får kombinera din ekonomiska expertis med ett stort intresse för kundvård och teknik. Du är lugn, pedagogisk och har en förmåga att anpassa dig efter olika kunders behov. För att lyckas ser vi gärna att du har:

  • En utbildning inom ekonomi eller motsvarande.
  • Minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet från en roll som exempelvis controller, redovisningsassistent, ekonom, ekonomiassistent eller liknande.
  • Ett stort intresse för att bygga relationer och förstå kundens behov.
  • En teknisk nyfikenhet och förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i nya system.
