The posting

Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop accurate BIM models, shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings based on project requirements.

Produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, Revit MEP, Navisworks and other applicable BIM software.

Ensure all drawings and BIM models comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, authority requirements, company standards and BIM Execution Plan, where applicable.

Assist in the preparation of M&E / ACMV drawings, including ducting layout, equipment layout, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, drainage, builders’ work, penetration, sleeve and coordination drawings.

Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, consultants, main contractor, subcontractors and other trad…
