An unserer staatlich anerkannten kaufmännischen Berufsfachschule für Büromanagement begleiten wir die Schüler:innen mit Herz und Begeisterung zum Berufsabschluss. Unser Team gestaltet, eng verzahnt mit der Praxis, kooperativ Ausbildung, Lehre und Beratung.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Wirtschaftswissenschaftler:in oder Wirtschaftspädagog:in, der:die als Honorardozent:in an unserer kaufmännischen Berufsfachschule unterrichten möchte.

So sieht Deine Tätigkeit aus:

  • Du unterrichtest in den Fächern Marketing/Kommunikation, Veranstaltungsmanagement und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Du nimmst Lernerfolgskontrollen nach Vorgaben des Berliner Senats ab
  • Du bereitest die Unterrichtsaufträge selbstständig vor
  • Du führst den Unterricht praxisbezogen und berufsrelevant durch
  • Du führst den Unterricht methodisch didaktisch nach den modernen Erkenntnissen der Erwachsenenpädagogik durch

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftspädagogik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen Marketing/Kommunikation, Veranstaltungsmanagement oder Qualitätsmanagement
  • Erfahrung im lernfeldorientierten Unterricht und gute Branchenkenntnisse erwünscht
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und eine hohe Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Spaß am Unterrichten und Lehrerfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung
