Das ist Dein neuer Arbeitsplatz:

Direkt an der Havel in Gatow / Spandau liegt das Umwelt-Bildungszentrum Berlin. Es ist ein Ort für Seminare, Übernachtungen und private Events sowie für ein anstehendes Jobcoaching-Projekt.

Für dieses Projekt suchen wir engagierte Jobcoaches, die arbeitssuchende Menschen individuell beraten, begleiten und dabei unterstützen, ihre beruflichen Ziele zu entwickeln und erfolgreich umzusetzen. Der direkte Arbeitgeber ist das FORUM Berufsbildung e.V., Arbeitsort ist das Umwelt-Bildungszentrum Berlin.

So sieht Deine Tätigkeit aus:

  • Individuelles Coaching und Begleitung von arbeitssuchenden Menschen bei der Integration in Ausbildung oder Beschäftigung
  • Durchführung von Potenzialanalysen sowie Entwicklung individueller Integrations- und Bewerbungsstrategien
  • Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppencoachings zu den Themen Bewerbung, Arbeitsmarkt, Selbstpräsentation und Motivation
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Bewerbungsunterlagen sowie Vorbereitung auf Vorstellungsgespräche und Job-Speed-Datings
  • Akquise und Pflege von Arbeitgeberkontakten sowie Begleitung betrieblicher Erprobungen und Vermittlungsprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Nutzung digitaler Bewerbungsmedien und der Online-Angebote der Bundesagentur für Arbeit
  • Dokumentation der Coachingverläufe sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Jobcentern, Netzwerkpartnern und dem Projektteam

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

  • Berufs- oder Studienabschluss mit mindestens einem Jahr Berufserfahrung in der beruflichen/sozialen Eingliederung der Zielgruppe
  • Kenntnisse der Bildungslandschaft und Anforderungen verschiedener Berufe sowie des Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarktes
  • Erfahrungen mit Personalauswahlsystemen und Auswahlkriterien von Unternehmen im Bewerbungsprozess
  • Fundierte digitale Kompetenzen im Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen, Internetrecherche sowie den Online-Portalen der Bundesagentur für Arbeit zur professionellen Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden beim Bewerbungsprozess und der Stellensuche
  • praktische Erfahrungen im Bewerbungstraining und in der Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen
  • Empathie, Sozialkompetenz und Verständnis für die Lebenslagen der Zielgruppe
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Sensibilität im Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Kontaktfreude und motivierende Gesprächsführung
  • Kreativität, Lösungsorientierung und Freude an der individuellen Begleitung von Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
