Hou je van technisch werk met afwisseling en tastbaar resultaat? Als voltijdse storingstechnieker in Olen combineer je preventief en correctief onderhoud met elektrotechnische, mechanische en automatisatiewerken.

Je komt terecht bij een werkgever in de maakindustrie, waar techniek een belangrijke rol speelt in de dagelijkse werking.

In deze functie zorg je samen met collega’s dat installaties betrouwbaar blijven draaien:

  • Je inspecteert installaties en voert preventief onderhoud uit om stilstanden te voorkomen.
  • Bij een storing zoek je de oorzaak en herstel je die doelgericht.
  • Je vervangt motoren en riem- en kettingaandrijvingen, lijnt ze uit en past elektrische schema’s aan.
  • Je sluit sensoren aan op PLC-ingangen, kalibreert ze en laadt parameters in bij vervanging van frequentieregelaars.
  • Je denkt mee over procesverbeteringen en voert kleine las- en montagewerken uit.

Je werkt afwisselend twee weken van 7.00 tot 15.30 uur en twee weken van 9.30 tot 18.00 uur. Zodra je bent ingewerkt, draai je om de zes weken wachtdienst.

  • PLC-in- en uitgangen aflezen lukt je, en ook de basis van PLC-programmatie is je bekend.
  • Technische handleidingen en elektrische en mechanische schema’s lees je met gemak; bij storingen zoek je analytisch naar de oorzaak en een oplossing.
  • Je werkt graag samen, communiceert helder en staat open voor feedback en procesverbetering. Ook met Office 365 ben je vertrouwd, bijvoorbeeld voor onderhoudsrapporten en storingsanalyses.
