Jouw rol in de technische dienst

  • Je spoort mechanische en elektrische storingen op en herstelt ze aan machines met uiteenlopende leeftijden en technologieën.
  • Je stelt diagnoses, voert noodreparaties uit en zoekt naar duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je doet gepland onderhoud en helpt de productie continu te laten draaien met zo weinig mogelijk productieverlies.
  • Nieuwe productielijnen brengen nieuwe technologieën met zich mee. Je deelt je kennis daarover met collega’s en operatoren.
  • Je werkt volgens de richtlijnen voor veiligheid, voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit, doet verbetervoorstellen en registreert je werk in Rimses.

Je werkt in een nachtsysteem, verspreid over vier dagen.

  • Storingen oplossen is voor jou bekend terrein: je brengt minstens drie jaar ervaring mee als storingstechnieker. Ervaring in de voedingssector is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je technische basis komt uit een opleiding, bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica. Heb je geen technische opleiding, maar wel voldoende aantoonbare ervaring? Ook dan kan jouw profiel passen.
  • Rimses ken je al, of je staat ervoor open ermee aan de slag te gaan; kennis van het programma is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert helder en toegankelijk, staat open voor feedback vanuit productie en zoekt samen naar oplossingen waar iedereen mee verder kan.
  • Je houdt overzicht, organiseert je werk vlot en combineert een zelfstandige aanpak met een echte teamspirit.
