Werk in Turnhout aan snoepproductie met een vast contract en nieuwe productielijnen in opbouw.

Je komt terecht in een productieomgeving waar oudere installaties en nieuwe technologieën naast elkaar bestaan.

Jouw werk in de technische dienst

  • Je spoort mechanische en elektrische storingen op, stelt diagnoses en voert noodreparaties of duurzame oplossingen uit.
  • Ook gepland onderhoud hoort bij je werk, zodat de productie vlot kan blijven draaien.
  • Nieuwe productielijnen brengen nieuwe technologie mee. Je leert die kennen en helpt collega’s en operatoren ermee aan de slag.
  • Je werkt volgens de richtlijnen voor veiligheid, voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit en doet voorstellen om processen te verbeteren.
  • Je registreert je werk in Rimses en deelt relevante informatie met collega’s van de technische dienst. Je overlegt met de supervisors van de technische dienst en operations.

Je werkt in een 38-urenstelsel, met op vrijdag een vroeger einde van de werkweek.

  • Storingen oplossen is voor jou bekend terrein: je brengt minstens 3 jaar ervaring mee als storingstechnieker.
  • Een technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Elektromechanica, geeft je een stevige basis. Ook met aantoonbare praktijkervaring zonder die opleiding kun je hier je plek vinden.
  • Ervaring in de voedingssector of kennis van Rimses is mooi meegenomen; je hoeft ze niet allebei te hebben om interessant te zijn.
  • Je communiceert helder en toegankelijk, staat open voor advies van productie en zoekt graag naar oplossingen waar iedereen mee vooruit kan.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert je werk met overzicht. Tegelijk pak je taken zelfstandig op en voel je je goed in een team.
