Productiemedewerker – Stralen & Metalliseren

Heb jij technisch inzicht, werk je graag met je handen en ben je op zoek naar een afwisselende job binnen de productie? Dan is deze vacature misschien wel iets voor jou!

Voor een kleine, gespecialiseerde KMO in de regio Deinze zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde productiemedewerker om het productieteam te versterken.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar flexibiliteit, zelfstandigheid en een goede werkmentaliteit belangrijk zijn. Je krijgt bovendien de kans om verschillende technische vaardigheden aan te leren en je verder te ontwikkelen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor het stralen van stalen onderdelen.
  • Je voert het elektrisch metalliseren van onderdelen uit.
  • Je helpt bij het manipuleren en verplaatsen van verschillende stukken.
  • Je werkt met een rolbrug en/of heftruck.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en veilige uitvoering van je werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt mee aan verschillende opdrachten binnen de productie. Variatie in taken en inzetbaarheid zijn hierbij belangrijk.
  • Je zorgt steeds voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in samenwerking met collega's.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en bent handig aangelegd.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste kennis of ervaring met stralen van staal. Dit kan echter volledig aangeleerd worden.
  • Ervaring of kennis van elektrisch metalliseren is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Ook dit kan aangeleerd worden.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en staat open voor verschillende taken binnen de productie.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Orde en netheid vind je belangrijk.
  • Je hebt een goede werkmentaliteit en bent bereid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je beschikt over een minimumkennis van het Nederlands. Een goede kennis van het Engels is eveneens mogelijk, op voorwaarde dat je de instructies goed begrijpt en kunt communiceren.
  • Een heftruck- of rolbrugattest is een pluspunt. Heb je deze attesten nog niet? Geen probleem: er is mogelijkheid om deze binnen de functie te behalen.
