The posting

Wij zijn dé referentie in de ontwikkeling en productie van innovatieve bedieningssystemen en componenten voor aluminium ramen en deuren. Met een passie voor techniek en kwaliteit blijven we groeien en innoveren. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Supervisor om onze spuitgieterij naar een nog hoger niveau te tillen.

Onze spuitgieterij omvat verschillende afdelingen:

  • Zamak spuitgieterij
  • Kunststof spuitgieterij
  • Coquille gieterij (zwaartekracht gieten van aluminium)
  • Slijpafdeling

Hier komt echte techniek tot leven!

Met 12 Zamak spuitgietmachines produceren we dagelijks zo’n 100.000 onderdelen en verwerken we jaarlijks meer dan 550.000 kg Zamak, een zinklegering die bij 430°C onder hoge druk in matrijzen wordt geïnjecteerd.

In onze kunststofafdeling maken we met gesmolten kunststofkorrels meer dan 300 verschillende componenten, zoals wieltjes en afdekkapjes.

In de coquille gieterij zetten we vakmanschap centraal met 5 smeltovens en 5 gietmachines voor het precisiewerk van aluminiumlegeringen.

Jouw uitdaging als Supervisor

Als Supervisor ben jij de motor achter de continue verbetering van onze spuitgietafdelingen. Je analyseert processen, stelt doelgerichte KPI’s op en begeleidt je team naar topresultaten.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je analyseert bestaande productieprocessen en brengt data helder in kaart.
  • Je bepaalt gerichte KPI’s en vertaalt die naar duidelijke doelstellingen voor je team.
  • Je neemt het voortouw in procesoptimalisatie en zet in op efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met engineering rond automatisatie en technische verbeteringen.
  • Je overlegt met andere supervisors om een vlotte en rendabele productieflow te garanderen.
  • Je inspireert en begeleidt het team in hun groei en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, zodat zij elke dag het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen.
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor de teamleader en ondersteunt hem actief in de dagelijkse aansturing.
  • Je waakt over veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of master in een technische richting (bv. Industrieel ingenieur, bachelor kunststofverwerking, …) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent gedreven door het optimaliseren van processen en het implementeren van vernieuwingen.
  • Je bent analytisch, organisatorisch en planmatig sterk.
  • Je hebt een mensgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en bezit een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin.
