Werk met een CNC-plooibank aan producten die nauwkeurig en kwalitatief moeten worden afgewerkt. Als voltijdse CNC-plooier ga je aan de slag in de metaalbewerkingssector en geef je vorm aan onderdelen volgens plan.

Werken bij de werkgever

Je komt terecht bij een producent van machines voor metaalbewerking.

Jouw job

  • Je programmeert de CNC-plooibank volgens het technische plan en stelt de juiste buigvolgorde in.
  • Je kiest en verwisselt de buiggereedschappen en voert controlemetingen uit.
  • Tijdens het productieproces controleer je regelmatig de maatvoering en bewaak je de voortgang.
  • Je start de productie op, volgt die op en registreert relevante productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens.
  • Je voert basisonderhoud uit en werkt met zorg voor veiligheid en een kwalitatief eindresultaat.

Het gaat om een voltijdse functie.

  • Orde, netheid en veilig werken zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend, net als zorgvuldig omgaan met machines en gereedschappen.
  • Zelfstandig werken ligt je goed. Je registreert productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens en voert waar nodig basisonderhoud uit.
