Werk je graag met je handen en blink je uit in mechanica? Voor een gekend productiebedrijf in de betonsector in Roeselare zoeken wij een gedreven technieker voor de Technische Dienst. Samen met een hecht team van ervaren collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische ondersteuning van de volledige productiesite.

Jouw werkomgevingJe bent actief in zowel het technisch atelier als in de productiehallen. Dit is een uiterst afwisselende job, ideaal voor een hands-on probleemoplosser die van aanpakken weet. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke van de Technische Dienst.

Jouw takenpakket (hoofdzakelijk mechanisch):

  • Onderhoud & Depannages: Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan de productielijnen en grijpt snel in bij storingen tijdens het productieproces.
  • Sleutelwerk: Je vervangt vakkundig versleten onderdelen, motoren en rollagers.
  • Constructie & Metaalbewerking: Je bent handig met lassen, slijpen, boren, frezen en draaien.
  • Omstellingen: Je voert de nodige vormwissels uit op de productielijnen om de continuïteit te garanderen.
  • Technische opleiding met mechanische kennis en vaardigheden; een basiskennis is vereist
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen must – er wordt opleiding voorzien via begeleiding door een ervaren collega
  • Ervaring in de betonsector of aanverwante markten is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en werkt graag in teamverband
  • Werkregime: je start in dagdienst tijdens de opleiding en schakelt daarna over naar een ploegenstelsel
  • Je bent flexibel: opdrachten kunnen wijzigen naargelang de urgentie; werkregime kan uitzonderlijk worden aangepast in overleg
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Kernwoorden: technisch, collegiaal, praktisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
