Wat ga je doen:

Als Shift Supervisor neem jij de leiding over een gedreven team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de producten op tijd en in de juiste volumes worden aangeleverd en/of verpakt. Je ondersteunt hiermee een optimale procesflow vanuit jouw specifieke afdeling. Met jouw talent voor organisatie en people management maak je dagelijks het verschil en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan ons succes!

Taken:

  • Aanspreekpunt voor packaging en warehouse
  • Opvolgen van de planning, die wordt aangestuurd via het ERP pakket
  • Aansturen, opvolgen, coachen, evalueren van teamleden
  • Opvolgen van tijdsregistraties, verlofaanvragen, aanwezigheid,...
  • Borg staan voor en opvolgen van de kwaliteit en de productiviteit
  • Samenwerking met de collega's shift supervisor voor optimale continuïteit over de ploegen en afdelingen heen
  • Prioriteiten bepalen, personeel optimaal inzetten
  • Meedenken om workflow te optimaliseren, aanbrengen van nieuwe ideeën
  • Instaan voor de algemene orde, netheid én veiligheid in de afdeling (6S)
  • Instaan voor tucht en discipline in de afdeling
  • Je ondersteunt organisatieverbondenheid actief, over ploegen en afdelingen heen
  • Naleven van de SQE policy en de waarden in alle dagdagelijkse acties

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding gevolgd
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring als leidinggevende aan > 20 medewerkers
  • Je inspireert en motiveert je collega's om het beste uit zichzelf te balen en om samen gestelde doelstellingen te bereiken
  • Je bent bereid in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van PC-toepassingen en het MS Office pakket
  • Je bent gedreven om jezelf continue te verbeteren, zowel professioneel als persoonlijk
  • Met goed onderbouwde argumenten weet je anderen te overtuigen van jouw ideeën en breng je ze in beweging. Je maakt het verschil door jouw duidelijke en krachtige communicatie.
  • Je weet op het juist moment knopen door te hakken. Met weloverwogen beslissingen en kordate acties breng je plannen in de praktijk
  • Je past je moeiteloon aan veranderende omstandigheden aan en blijft kalm onder druk
  • Door jouw inzicht werk je effectief samen en zorg je voor harmonie binnen de organisatie
  • Met jouw kritische blik zie je altijd mogelijkheden om processen en werkmethodes te verbeteren. Je werkt proactief aan innovatieve oplossingen en streeft naar excellentie
  • Je streeft naar een hoge graag van afwerking en hebt oog voor elk detail
  • Met jouw ondernemende mindset zorg je ervoor dat vooropgestelde doelen worden behaald
