The posting

Als Shiftsupervisor Nacht draag jij de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een vlot, efficiënt en veilig productieproces tijdens de nacht. Je stuurt het productieteam aan, bewaakt de prestaties en zorgt voor een feilloze communicatie tussen de werkposten. Met jouw daadkracht neem je vlot beslissingen en optimaliseer je proactief onze processen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Team aansturen & coachen: Het productieteam coördineren, fungeren als aanspreekpunt en instaan voor het onthaal, de opleiding, coaching en evaluatie van medewerkers.
  • Productie bewaken: Toezien op de opstart van de lijnen, de conformiteit van bestellingen controleren en prestaties opvolgen (schroot, verbruik, beschikbaarheid en stilstanden).
  • Plannen & optimaliseren: De planning beheren, de productievolgorde bepalen en proactief verbetervoorstellen formuleren om resultaten te maximaliseren.
  • Veiligheid & 5S: Waken over een veilige werkomgeving, toezien op het correcte gebruik van PBM's en orde en netheid handhaven volgens de 5S-principes.
  • Rapportage & overleg: Registraties en duidelijke rapportages verzorgen in SAP en deelnemen aan overleg met de afdelingen Kwaliteit en Maintenance.
  • Hands-on bijspringen: Flexibel meewerken aan de productielijn of werkposten bemannen wanneer dat nodig is bij afwezigheden.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk organisatietalent.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan vlot werken met de computer, waaronder Excel en SAP.
  • Je hebt kennis van productieprocessen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het werken met PBM's en gevaarlijke producten.
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen en kan zelfstandig corrigerende maatregelen uitvoeren.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
