Menger / compounderFUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor onze klant te Heist-op-den-Berg zijn we op zoek anar een menger / compounder van cosmeticaproducten.

Als compounder sta je mee aan de basis van hoogwaardige cosmetische en medische producten. Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige bereiding en bewaakt strikt de kwaliteit.

  • Grondstoffen: Ophalen in het magazijn en uiterst nauwkeurig afwegen.
  • Productie: Fabriceren van cosmetische bereidingen volgens strenge productiefiches.
  • Hygiëne: Grondig reinigen en ontsmetten van productieketels en toebehorend materiaal.
  • Kwaliteit: Nemen van stalen voor het laboratorium en correct invullen van productiedocumenten.
  • Logistiek: Uitvoeren van heftruckwerk (met interne opleiding indien vereist).

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs in chemie of voeding, of kunt gelijkaardige werkervaring voorleggen (bij voorkeur in cosmetica, farma of voeding).
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, ordelijk, resultaatgericht en met een sterke focus op hygiëne en veiligheid.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands (spreken, lezen en schrijven) voor het begrijpen van werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je bent in staat om fysiek uitdagender werk en zwaarder tilwerk uit te voeren.
  • Je bent bereid om voltijds te werken in een tweeploegensysteem (afwisselend dag- en late shift).

AANBOD

  • Contract: Een voltijdse tewerkstelling via interim met optie op een vast contract na een positieve evaluatieperiode.
  • Uurrooster: Dagploeg: Maandag t.e.m. donderdag van 08:00 tot 16:30 uur | Vrijdag van 08:00 tot 14:30 uur. Late ploeg: Maandag t.e.m. donderdag van 14:00 tot 22:00 uur | Vrijdag van 12:00 tot 18:00 uur.
  • Opleiding: Een grondige interne opleiding en intensieve begeleiding door een ervaren team (de opstartopleiding vindt plaats in dagdienst).
  • Verloning: Een aantrekkelijk loonpakket dat bespreekbaar is op basis van jouw relevante ervaring.
