Polyvalent medewerker Bekisting

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Als polyvalent medewerker bekisting ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van de bekistingsafdeling binnen de afdeling Service & Logistics in Houthalen. Je werkt zelf actief mee aan de voorbereiding, controle, onderhoud en verwerking van het bekistingsmateriaal. Je zorgt ervoor dat het materiaal tijdig en correct wordt voorbereid voor de werven en dat de werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt verlopen.

Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Voorbereiden, controleren en onderhouden van bekistingsmateriaal.
  • Laden, lossen en verplaatsen van bekisting en ander bulkmateriaal.
  • Controleren en telling van het materiaal dat naar de werven vertrekt en terugkomt.
  • Toezien op de correcte staat en het correcte gebruik van het materiaal.
  • Herstellen en uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerken aan bekistingsmateriaal.
  • Samenwerken met de andere afdelingen op het depot.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, orde en veiligheid. Problemen of tekorten tijdig signaleren en rapporteren.
  • Actief deelnemen aan toolboxmeetings.
  • Collega's begeleiden en aanspreken wanneer de veiligheids- of kwaliteitsvoorschriften niet worden nageleefd.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen bekisting, bouw of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving.
  • Ervaring met bekistingsmateriaal is een plusplunt.
  • Je bent technisch vaardig en werkt graag praktisch mee.
  • Je hebt kennis van handgereedschap en machines.
  • Je beschikt over een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Je beschikt over een heftruck-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen .
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent flexibel, verantwoordelijk en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
