Teamleader - 2 ploegenFUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVINGBen jij een gedreven leider die weet hoe je een productieafdeling optimaal laat draaien? Wil jij je team motiveren en begeleiden om de beste resultaten te behalen? Dan is deze rol als Teamleader in 2-ploegen perfect voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leiden en motiveren van een team van 25 productiemedewerkers in 2-ploegen, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de teamlead van de andere ploeg.
  • Het coördineren van de productieflow en zorgen dat de geplande prioriteiten worden nageleefd. Bij afwijkingen stuur je bij en zorg je voor een efficiënte voortgang van het proces.
  • Zorg dragen voor de personeelsplanning: bij afwezigheden of afwijkingen zorg je voor de juiste oplossing en spring je waar nodig zelf bij.
  • Coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers, zodat zij kunnen groeien in hun functie en hun prestaties kunnen verbeteren.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen door continu te zoeken naar optimalisatie van kwaliteit en kwantiteit binnen de gestelde planning.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de juiste ploegoverdracht en de naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Het opvolgen van de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van je teamleden door middel van evaluaties en trainingen.

  • Je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en kunt je medewerkers motiveren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt beslissingen snel en doeltreffend.
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving en affiniteit met processen zijn een plus.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en spreekt zowel Nederlands als Frans.
