Werk mee aan precisieonderdelen voor uiteenlopende toepassingen. Als CNC-draaier in Zonhoven ga je voltijds aan de slag bij een producent van metaalbewerkingsmachines.

Een productieomgeving met precisie

Je werkt in een hightech productieomgeving waar onderdelen zorgvuldig worden gemaakt en afgewerkt.

Wat je doet

  • Je vertrekt van technische tekeningen en werkt toe naar een nauwkeurig afgewerkt onderdeel.
  • Je kiest de juiste gereedschappen en stelt de CNC-machine in voor de bewerking.
  • Je voert de nodige bewerkingen uit en bewaakt de opgegeven maattoleranties.
  • Je controleert en meet onderdelen aan de machine.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel voldoet aan het gevraagde kwaliteitsniveau.

Je werkt in twee wisselende ploegen: ochtend en middag.

Je voelt je thuis in een rol waar technisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid samenkomen. Herken je jezelf in deze kwaliteiten?

  • Technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen gaat je vlot af, ook wanneer je rekening houdt met vorm- en plaatstoleranties.
  • Je sterke 3D-inzicht helpt je om vanuit een tekening het eindproduct en de nodige stappen voor je te zien.
  • CNC-draaibanken bedienen is vertrouwd terrein voor je; je brengt aantoonbare ervaring mee en wilt je hierin verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je analyseert snel en werkt nauwkeurig en proactief, met oog voor wat nodig is om je werk goed af te ronden.
  • Je voelt je goed wanneer je zelfstandig aan de slag kunt én samenwerkt met collega’s. Werken in twee wisselende ploegen, ochtend en middag, past bij je.
