Wil je meewerken aan hoogwaardige precisieonderdelen in de metaalbewerking? Als voltijdse kwaliteitscontroleur in Zonhoven krijg je een contract van onbepaalde duur en de kans om met moderne meetapparatuur aan de slag te gaan.

Je werkt bij een producent van complexe precisieonderdelen voor klanten wereldwijd.

Jouw job

  • Je leest technische tekeningen en controleert onderdelen op vorm- en plaatstoleranties.
  • Je voert tussentijdse en eindcontroles uit en zorgt voor nauwkeurige metingen.
  • Je bedient en programmeert 3D-meetmachines.
  • Je stelt meetrapporten op voor klanten.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s uit productie, engineering en sales om de kwaliteit continu te verbeteren.

Je werkt in twee wisselende ploegen: ochtend en middag.

Je herkent jezelf in techniek en krijgt energie van nauwkeurig werk. Als deze punten bij jou passen, ontdek dan hoe jij kunt groeien in kwaliteitscontrole.

  • Technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen voelt voor jou vertrouwd, en je kunt je op basis daarvan een sterk 3D-beeld van een product vormen.
  • Vorm- en plaatstoleranties zijn voor jou bekende begrippen.
  • Met een diploma mechanische vormgevingstechnieken of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld mechanica, heb je een passende basis.
  • Je analyseert vlot, werkt nauwkeurig en neemt graag initiatief. Zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega’s kom je goed tot je recht.
  • Je kwaliteitsbewustzijn en leergierigheid motiveren je om je verder te ontwikkelen tot expert in meettechnieken. Werken in twee wisselende ploegen, ochtend en middag, past bij jou.
