Interne opleiding en begeleiding door een mentor geven je een stevige start in deze voltijdse functie als CNC-draaier/frezer in Zonhoven. Je werkt er in een metaalbewerkingsomgeving, met een interimcontract en de mogelijkheid op vast werk.

Jouw werk als CNC-draaier, frezer of slijper

  • Je programmeert, stelt in en bedient CNC-freesmachines en draaibanken.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met CNC-machines met het besturingssysteem Mazatrol.
  • Je maakt opspanningen en bepaalt de juiste verspaningscondities.
  • Je werkt mee aan de productie van hoogwaardige onderdelen en controleert de afwerking volgens de kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je houdt je werkplek, machines en gereedschappen in goede staat.
  • Je voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit, verhelpt kleine technische storingen en ontbraamt en werkt onderdelen af.

Je werkt 40 uur per week in twee ploegen: van 6 tot 14 uur of van 14 tot 22 uur. Weekendwerk is er niet.

  • Je combineert graag zelfstandig werken met samenwerken en neemt initiatief wanneer een taak daarom vraagt.
  • Ruimtelijk inzicht, motivatie en stiptheid helpen jou om met enthousiasme en aandacht voor kwaliteit aan de slag te gaan.
