Breng jij graag structuur in een omgeving waar de planning voortdurend in beweging is? Als voltijdse, vaste transportplanner in Heusden-Zolder zorg je ervoor dat reinigingsopdrachten vlot op gang komen.

Je floreert in een rol waar overzicht, samenwerking en snel schakelen elke dag samenkomen.

  • Plannen en organiseren liggen je goed: je stelt vlot prioriteiten en houdt oog voor wat eerst moet gebeuren.
  • Als de situatie verandert, blijf jij rustig en zoek je meteen naar een haalbare oplossing.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met klanten, collega’s en medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werken past bij jou, net als een flexibele, praktische aanpak en vlot omgaan met courante computerprogramma’s zoals MS Office.
  • Ervaring in planning, transport, logistiek of een technische of industriële omgeving is mooi meegenomen. Ook interesse in industriële reiniging en zin om de werking ervan te leren kennen, sluiten goed aan.

Je komt terecht in een bedrijf dat actief is in industriële reiniging en aanverwante diensten.

Dit pak jij op

  • Je maakt de dagelijkse planning van reinigingsopdrachten op, volgt ze op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je stemt medewerkers, materieel en voertuigen af op de beschikbare capaciteit.
  • Je houdt klanten en medewerkers op de hoogte van de uitvoering en timing.
  • Bij wijzigingen, dringende aanvragen of onverwachte situaties schakel je snel en werk je naar een oplossing toe.
  • Je houdt de voortgang in het oog, signaleert mogelijke knelpunten en verwerkt planningsgegevens. Ook help je de communicatie tussen planning, uitvoering en administratie vlot te laten verlopen.
