The posting

Zin om mee te werken aan uiteenlopende metaalprojecten? Als voltijdse samensteller in dagdienst in Houthalen-Helchteren krijg je een afwisselende job in de metaal- en aluminiumsector.

Je komt terecht bij een onderneming die metaal- en aluminiumwerken realiseert voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers.

Je bespreekt het werk met de atelier- en productieverantwoordelijke en bestudeert de constructieplannen, werktekeningen en lasmethodebeschrijving. Daarna bepaal je het materiaal en gereedschap, bereid je de lasnaden voor en controleer je de afmetingen. Je maakt mallen en stelt onderdelen samen met het MAG-lasproces, volgens de tekeningen en lasmethodebeschrijving. Afhankelijk van het project voer je ook bewerkingen uit zoals zagen, boren, tappen, ponsen, snijbranden, knippen en slijpen.

Je werkt 40 uur per week.

  • Constructieplannen lezen en interpreteren voelt voor jou vertrouwd, en je analytische blik helpt je de juiste aanpak te bepalen.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit kwaliteitsvol werk en merkt de details op die het verschil maken.
  • Met een praktische, zelfstandige aanpak denk je oplossingsgericht en neem je initiatief wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Een brevet voor rolbrug en/of heftruck is mooi meegenomen.
