Voor een groeiend metaalbedrijf in de regio Zulte zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator Voorbehandeling Lakkerij. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat metalen onderdelen correct worden voorbereid voor het poederlakproces. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, volgt het proces op en draagt bij aan een vlotte werking van de afdeling.

Jouw taken

  • Voorbereiden van metalen onderdelen voor het poederlakken via een chemisch behandelingsproces.
  • Bepalen van de juiste volgorde en behandeltijd per type materiaal en product.
  • Opstellen van een efficiënte planning volgens prioriteiten en levertermijnen.
  • Instellen en bedienen van de automatische badeninstallatie.
  • Toezien op het goede verloop van het proces en de werking van de rolbrug.
  • Uitvoeren van een eerste diagnose bij storingen en meedenken over verbeteringen.
  • Reinigen en onderhouden van de installaties en behandelingsbaden.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en geleidelijk aanleren van chemische testen op de baden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en denkt vooruit.
  • Grote aantallen tellen en controleren schrikt je niet af.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Technische interesse of ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
