Wat je doet

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse werking van de keuken op en past de HACCP-regels correct toe.
  • Je schat de verwachte afzet in en plant de aankopen en keukenvoorbereidingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief om de kaart, menu’s en recepten bij te sturen.
  • Je stemt af met collega’s uit de keuken en de zaal en vangt vragen, klachten en problemen van gasten op.
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen rond grondstoffen en gerechten en neemt deel aan oefeningen volgens de noodplannen.

Je werkt in een variabel uurrooster met een werkweek van zes dagen.
