Jouw uitdaging

In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat bestellingen correct en tijdig bij de klant terechtkomen. Je bent de schakel tussen klanten, planning, transport en interne diensten en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van elke bestelling.

Dit mag je verwachten:

• Je verwerkt en volgt klantorders op van aanvraag tot levering• Je ondersteunt klanten bij vragen over producten, bestellingen en leveringen• Je stemt af met planning en transport om een optimale service te garanderen• Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de status van hun bestelling• Je signaleert verbeterpunten en denkt mee na over efficiëntere processen• Je werkt mee aan projecten rond digitalisering, automatisering en AI

Je haalt energie uit klantcontact, werkt graag samen met collega's en denkt in oplossingen. Daarnaast neem je graag initiatief en draag je bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaand profiel:

• Je hebt ervaring binnen customer service, orderverwerking of een gelijkaardige functie• Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt• Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het drukker wordt• Kennis van exportprocessen, douaneregelgeving en exportdocumentatie is een pluspunt• Je hebt interesse in systemen, digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie• Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht ingesteld• Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels• Je beschikt over een basiskennis Frans om klanten professioneel te ondersteunen
