Hou jij van transport, planning en snel schakelen? Heb je ervaring als dispatcher of transportplanner en weet je als geen ander hoe belangrijk een efficiënte transportplanning is?

Als Dispatcher Transport ben je de verbindende schakel tussen chauffeurs, klanten en transportplanners. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat alle transporten vlot en efficiënt verlopen. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waarin geen enkele dag dezelfde is en waar jouw organisatorisch talent echt het verschil maakt.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Dagelijks opvolgen van chauffeurs en bijsturen van de transportplanning waar nodig
  • Snel inspelen op vertragingen, files, wijzigingen en last-minute aanvragen
  • Herplannen van ritten en zoeken naar de meest efficiënte oplossingen
  • Onderhouden van contacten met chauffeurs en klanten
  • Administratieve ondersteuning binnen de transportafdeling
  • Opstellen van nachtplanningen na een grondige inwerkperiode
  • Zoeken naar retourladingen ter ondersteuning van de transportplanners
  • Onthaal van chauffeurs aan de balie en geven van de nodige instructies
  • Informeren van chauffeurs over hun planning voor de volgende werkdag

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen dispatching, transportplanning of logistiek
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent leergierig, enthousiast en proactief
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met transport en logistiek
  • Je kan goed overweg met MS Office en Excel
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede basis Frans en Engels
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt het hoofd koel onder druk
  • Je kan goed omgaan met veranderende prioriteiten en planningen

Wat mag je verwachten?

Je komt terecht in een hecht en collegiaal team binnen een stabiele en groeiende transportomgeving. Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding om de functie volledig onder de knie te krijgen en de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
