Votre mission

En tant que Fraiseur CNC, vous prenez en charge la réalisation de pièces techniques variées, de l'analyse du plan jusqu'au contrôle final.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Lire et interpréter les plans techniques.
  • Programmer les pièces à l'aide d'un logiciel FAO.
  • Régler et paramétrer des centres d'usinage CNC 5 axes.
  • Lancer et suivre les opérations de production.
  • Contrôler la conformité des pièces réalisées.
  • Effectuer les ajustements nécessaires afin de garantir la qualité attendue.
  • Compléter les documents de suivi et de production.
  • Participer ponctuellement à des interventions de montage mécanique lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Votre profil

  • Vous possédez une formation ou une expérience en usinage, mécanique ou électromécanique.
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé sur des fraiseuses CNC ou souhaitez développer davantage vos compétences dans ce domaine.
  • La connaissance de l'usinage 5 axes constitue un réel atout.
  • Vous savez lire un plan technique et travailler avec précision.
  • Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et soucieux de la qualité de votre travail.
  • Vous appréciez les responsabilités et le travail bien fait.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et/ou le néerlandais.
