Entreprise industrielle spécialisée dans la fabrication d’engrenages et d’éléments de transmission, en petites et moyennes séries, souhaite renforcer son équipe de production.

Nous recherchons un(e) Tourneur – Fraiseur – Rectifieur pour rejoindre un environnement technique et polyvalent.

Votre mission

Au sein de l’atelier, vous êtes responsable de la préparation et de la réalisation de pièces mécaniques.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Préparer, régler et alimenter les machines à commande numérique ;
  • Installer et régler les différents outils ;
  • Produire des pièces à l’unité ou en petites et moyennes séries ;
  • Contrôler les pièces en cours de fabrication et les pièces finies, conformément aux plans ;
  • Effectuer les contrôles à l’aide des instruments de mesure adaptés ;
  • Assurer l’entretien de premier niveau des machines et maintenir votre poste de travail propre et organisé ;
  • Compléter les documents nécessaires à la traçabilité de la production.
  • Vous disposez d’une formation en mécanique industrielle ou en techniques d’usinage ;
  • Vous avez une première expérience en tournage, fraisage, rectification, taillage, brochage ou dans un domaine similaire ;
  • Vous êtes également ouvert(e) à une formation complète au métier ;
  • Vous souhaitez évoluer vers une fonction de régleur polyvalent ;
  • Vous savez lire un plan industriel et utiliser les principaux instruments de mesure ;
  • Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et avez le sens des responsabilités ;
  • Vous êtes attentif(ve) aux règles de sécurité et de qualité ;
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
