Een brede rol waarin administratie, verkoopondersteuning en organisatie samenkomen. Als voltijdse Business Support & Sales Assistant in de regio Waasland werk je in de trucksector en help je verkoop- en voertuigdossiers van bestelling tot aflevering vlot vooruit.

Een vertrouwde speler in de trucksector

Je komt terecht bij een familiebedrijf dat actief is in de verkoop, het onderhoud en de herstelling van vrachtwagens.

Wat je doet

  • Je volgt verkoopdossiers op, regelt transport en inschrijvingen en stemt af met verkopers, opbouwers en klanten.
  • Je maakt voertuigfacturen op, controleert aankoopfacturen en houdt dossiers actueel.
  • Je beheert huur- en demowagens en volgt huur-, onderhouds- en financieringscontracten op.
  • Je ondersteunt sociale media en promoacties en helpt interne en externe evenementen organiseren.
  • Je draagt bij aan audits en procedures en volgt verzekeringen, schadedossiers en praktische preventietaken mee op.

Je werkt voltijds tijdens de dag, van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
