Winkelmedewerker met doorgroei naar Teamleader

Wil je in een supermarkt in Mol voltijds aan de slag én na zes maanden doorgroeien naar Teamleader? Via Forum Jobs krijg je de kans om stap voor stap de winkelwerking te leren kennen en daarna een team aan te sturen.

Functieomschrijving

Je start op de winkelvloer en leert de verschillende taken kennen:

  • Je verwelkomt klanten en helpt hen verder.
  • Je vult afdelingen aan en zorgt voor een verzorgde presentatie.
  • Je volgt de voorraad en productversheid op, met aandacht voor HACCP.
  • Je bedient de kassa en helpt klanten vlot afrekenen.
  • Na zes maanden stuur, coach en motiveer je het winkelteam en help je de dagelijkse organisatie, taakverdeling en opvolging van procedures bewaken.
  • Het gaat om een voltijdse functie.
