The posting

Wil je aan de slag in een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in het op maat maken van interieurmeubilair? Dan is onze klant de plaats waar je je schouders kan zetten onder het atelier!

Jouw taken:

  • Je beheert de productieplanning en zorgt voor een vlotte werking in het atelier.
  • Je controleert technische plannen en bespreekt verbeteringen met de tekenaar of interieurarchitect.
  • Je zorgt samen met het magazijn voor de beschikbaarheid van alle nodige materialen.
  • Je stuurt en begeleidt een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers binnen hout, metaal en natuursteen.
  • Je verdeelt taken en volgt de uitvoering van projecten op.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van het afgewerkte meubilair.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces.
  • Je waakt over een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring in de bouw- of interieursector.
  • Je hebt passie voor interieur en oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en hebt sterk ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je kan een team motiveren en begeleiden.
  • Je hebt organisatorische skills en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) en denkt mee over digitalisering.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Je start je werkdag om 6 uur en werkt van maandag tot vrijdag.
