Als voltijds commercieel medewerker aan de balie in Antwerpen help je professionele klanten verder in de groothandel van bouwmaterialen. Je staat dicht bij hun dagelijkse werk en zorgt mee voor een vlotte service.

Een gespecialiseerde groothandel

De werkgever levert materialen voor bouwprojecten aan professionele klanten.

Jouw job aan de balie

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten aan de toonbank en helpt met vragen, bestellingen en directe afhalingen.
  • Je behandelt orders en offertes via e-mail, telefoon en WhatsApp en volgt ze op tot de levering.
  • Je stemt bestellingen af met de aankoopdienst en zorgt dat producten klaarstaan voor afhaling of levering.
  • Je houdt het filiaal overzichtelijk en helpt de voorraad correct aan te vullen.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met de binnen- en buitendienst en springt bij waar nodig.

Je start om 7 uur in de zomer en om 7.30 uur in de winter. Eén op de twee zaterdagen werk je van 8 tot 12 uur.

  • Ook wanneer het druk wordt, blijf je rustig. Je werkt graag samen, ondersteunt collega's en neemt initiatief waar dat nodig is.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands met klanten en collega's, en vroege starturen en werken op één op de twee zaterdagen passen bij jou.
