Wil jij met een voltijdse, vaste functie impact maken op de kwaliteit van facilitaire dienstverlening? Als District Manager in regio Antwerpen coördineer je schoonmaakactiviteiten en zorg je samen met de teams op verschillende sites voor sterke resultaten.

Je komt terecht bij een organisatie die diensten levert op het gebied van faciliteiten en werkplekken.

Jouw rol

  • Je beheert meerdere klanten en sites operationeel, financieel en kwalitatief, binnen de afgesproken budgetten.
  • Je plant en volgt schoonmaak- en facilitaire activiteiten op volgens de afspraken en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je stuurt siteverantwoordelijken en operationele teams aan, coacht hen en zorgt voor een passende personeelsbezetting.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en procedures, en houdt toezicht op de beschikbaarheid en het juiste gebruik van materialen, machines en producten.
  • Je onderhoudt klantrelaties, beheert budgetten en rendabiliteit, signaleert optimalisaties en commerciële kansen en rapporteert aan de Regional Manager.

Je bezoekt werven van maandag tot vrijdag, binnen het tijdsvenster van 6.00 tot 20.00 uur.

Daarbij ligt de nadruk op een aanpak die aansluit bij de persoon en de impact die diegene in een nieuwe rol wil realiseren. Je voelt je thuis in een rol waarin je mensen en resultaten samenbrengt.

  • Leidinggeven geeft je energie: je weet teams te motiveren, structuur te bieden en medewerkers te coachen en ontwikkelen.
  • Je brengt meerdere jaren relevante leidinggevende ervaring mee, bij voorkeur in een facilitaire of servicegerichte omgeving, en combineert operationele daadkracht met financieel en commercieel inzicht.
  • Met jouw gestructureerde, resultaatgerichte en probleemoplossende aanpak houd je overzicht, ook wanneer prioriteiten verschuiven en de druk toeneemt.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met verschillende gesprekspartners, stelt de klant centraal en bouwt graag aan sterke werkrelaties.
  • MS Office, vlot Nederlands en kennis van het Frans passen bij jouw werkstijl; kennis van het Engels is mooi meegenomen. Ook heb je ervaring met externe VSR-controles en ben je bereid je binnen de regio te verplaatsen.
