Envie de prendre en main des recrutements de bout en bout dans le secteur du jardinage, de la décoration et du retail ? Ce poste à temps plein, basé principalement à Mouscron, est proposé en intérim avec possibilité d’engagement fixe.

Un univers tourné vers le jardinage et la décoration

Vous rejoignez une entreprise active dans le jardinage, la décoration et le commerce de détail.

Votre rôle au quotidien

  • Vous échangez avec les responsables pour cerner leurs besoins et rédiger des offres attractives.
  • Vous imaginez des stratégies de recrutement et partez à la recherche des profils adaptés.
  • Vous sélectionnez les candidatures, organisez les entretiens et tissez des liens avec des écoles, partenaires et acteurs de l’emploi.
  • Vous représentez l’entreprise lors de salons de l’emploi et tenez les responsables informés de l’avancement des recrutements.
  • Vous contribuez à l’accueil des nouvelles recrues et au suivi de leurs premières évaluations.

Votre activité se déroule principalement à Mouscron, avec des déplacements réguliers à La Panne et à Eeklo.
