Wil je jouw technische vakkennis inzetten in de meubelproductie? Als ervaren mechanieker in Izegem help je mee om producties vlot en nauwkeurig te laten verlopen in een omgeving voor meubels en interieurartikelen.

Over de werkomgeving

Je komt terecht in een metaalverwerkende productieomgeving die functioneel meubilair maakt en ook als toeleverancier werkt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt de ponsmachine en bijhorende apparatuur in, bouwt ze om en regelt ze nauwkeurig af.
  • Je ondersteunt de opstart van productieseries en volgt terugkerende reeksen technisch op.
  • Bij storingen zoek je de oorzaak, voer je herstellingen uit en help je preventief onderhoud opvolgen.
  • Je controleert geproduceerde stukken en stuurt de machine bij waar nodig.
  • Je deelt duidelijke instructies over meten en controleren, registreert technische aanpassingen en denkt mee over verbeteringen in kwaliteit, productiviteit en veiligheid.

  • Mechanica, elektromechanica of metaalbewerking vormt jouw technische basis, via een opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring als mechanieker, onderhoudstechnieker, machinebouwer, matrijzensteller of machine-insteller geeft je een stevige voorsprong.
  • Productiemachines instellen, afstellen, herstellen of onderhouden voelt voor jou vertrouwd aan.
  • Je analyseert technische storingen logisch en zoekt zelfstandig naar een oplossing.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met meet- en controle-instrumenten en houdt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten. Ook neem je verantwoordelijkheid en spring je praktisch bij waar dat nodig is.
