Wil jij mee de kwaliteit bewaken van vloeroplossingen in een internationale productieomgeving? Als kwaliteitsmedewerker in de vaste nacht werk je in de regio Avelgem en help je ervoor zorgen dat producten aan de juiste specificaties voldoen.

Een internationale producent

Je gaat aan de slag bij een producent van vloeroplossingen en vinylvloeren.

Wat je doet

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op verschillende momenten in het productieproces en controleert onder meer kleur, afmetingen, afwerking en technische specificaties.
  • Je neemt stalen, analyseert die volgens de procedures en registreert meetresultaten en kwaliteitsgegevens in het systeem.
  • Merk je een afwijking op, dan breng je die onder de aandacht van productie en de verantwoordelijken.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en werkt samen met andere afdelingen aan een constante productkwaliteit.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften.

Je werkt in de vaste nacht.

Deze rol past bij jou als je graag met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit bijdraagt aan een zorgvuldig productieproces.

  • Nauwkeurig werken en details opmerken zit van nature in jouw aanpak.
  • Kwaliteit, productie en technische processen spreken je aan en prikkelen je nieuwsgierigheid.
  • Ervaring in een kwaliteitsfunctie of productieomgeving geeft je een mooie basis.
  • Je kijkt analytisch naar situaties en zoekt graag mee naar een oplossing wanneer iets afwijkt.
  • Computers gebruik je vlot voor registraties en rapporteringen, en je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
