Op zoek naar een voltijdse technische coördinatiefunctie in West-Vlaanderen? Als Maintenancecoördinator combineer je planning en techniek met verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhoud binnen jouw zone.

Een onderneming in de voedingsproductie

Je gaat aan de slag in een bedrijf dat actief is in de voedingsproductie.

Jouw rol

  • Je plant het onderhoud en volgt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van interne en externe techniekers op.
  • Je stemt prioriteiten, storingen, planningen en verbeterpunten af met operationeel verantwoordelijken.
  • Je begeleidt en motiveert techniekers en helpt opleidingen organiseren.
  • Je houdt onderhoudsschema’s, procedures en instructies actueel en denkt mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het onderhoud en ziet toe op het naleven van veiligheidsnormen.

Je werkt binnen een van de zones Friet, Utilities of Facilities. De werkweek bedraagt 39 uur.

  • Excel en andere pc-toepassingen gebruik je vlot om overzicht en structuur te houden.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en analytisch, maar steekt ook graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en initiatief tonen past bij jou. Ook onderhoudsplanning en de dagelijkse opvolging van interne en externe techniekers liggen je; SAP-kennis, ervaring met coaching en opleiding, en aandacht voor continue verbetering zijn mooie troeven.
