Graag werk je aan inox maatwerk dat je van voorbereiding tot afgewerkt resultaat volgt? Als voltijdse metaalbewerker en samensteller inox in Moorslede bouw je mee aan procesinstallaties voor onder meer de voedings- en farmaceutische industrie.

Een atelier met uiteenlopende projecten

Je komt terecht bij een bedrijf dat procesinstallaties ontwerpt, bouwt, installeert en onderhoudt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je leest technische plannen en maakt het materiaal klaar.
  • Je stelt machines in en bewerkt onderdelen met onder meer een plooibank, schaar, zaagmachine en CNC-machines.
  • Je stelt inox onderdelen en constructies samen, last ze met TIG en zorgt voor een nette afwerking.
  • Je controleert de afmetingen en kwaliteit van je werk en houdt je werkplek en materiaal veilig en ordelijk.
  • Je werkt aan afwisselend maatwerk, met ondersteuning van de atelierverantwoordelijke.

De werkweek telt 40 uur, met enige flexibiliteit binnen een vast uurrooster.

Je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving waar vakmanschap, zelfstandig werken en bijleren samenkomen.

  • Een technische opleiding in metaal of gelijkwaardige ervaring geeft je een stevige basis om met vertrouwen aan de slag te gaan.
  • Atelierwerk, metaalbewerking of constructies op maat zijn je bekend terrein; technische plannen lezen en onderdelen zelfstandig samenstellen, TIG-lassen en afwerken sluiten daarbij aan.
  • Je werkt graag met metaalbewerkingsmachines en staat ervoor open om nieuwe machines en bewerkingen te leren kennen. Een lascertificaat is mooi meegenomen, of je bent bereid het te behalen.
  • Nederlandstalige werkinstructies begrijp je goed en je overlegt vlot met collega's. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt praktisch mee en hebt oog voor een verzorgde afwerking.
