Project Manager Elektromechanica

Wil je technische projecten van analyse tot realisatie mee vormgeven? In deze voltijdse functie als Project Manager in de regio Antwerpen werk je aan industriële elektromotoren en aandrijfsystemen, binnen een sector waar technische betrouwbaarheid telt.

Een gespecialiseerde technische omgeving

De organisatie ondersteunt industriële klanten met technische diensten rond elektromotoren en aandrijfsystemen.

Van voorbereiding tot oplevering

  • Je coördineert projecten vanaf de opdracht tot en met de oplevering en maakt een plan van aanpak met fasering en mijlpalen.
  • Je volgt planning, technische kwaliteit en voortgang op en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar interne acties en werkinstructies.
  • Je stemt met aankoop af over onderdelen en materialen en bereidt het werk voor met planning en technische teams.
  • Je beheert projectdossiers met technische fiches en rapporten en pakt technische knelpunten aan.
  • Je koppelt de projectstatus terug aan klantverantwoordelijken en denkt na evaluaties mee over verbeteringen.

Je werkt samen met de werkplaats, buitendienst, werkvoorbereiding, planning en technische teams, en rapporteert aan de Technisch Directeur.

  • Een master in elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting sluit aan bij jouw achtergrond.
  • Je voelt je thuis in technische projecten binnen een industriële omgeving en hebt ruime ervaring met projectwerk. Industriële elektromotoren en aandrijftechniek spreken je inhoudelijk aan.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een analytische, gestructureerde aanpak en organisatorisch talent. Ook bij technische problemen blijf je grondig zoeken naar een oplossing.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen past bij je: je houdt graag zicht op planning, kwaliteit en voortgang. Je communiceert helder en professioneel met collega’s, techniekers, klanten en leveranciers, en kan zelfstandig en stressbestendig werken in een dynamische projectomgeving.
  • ERP-systemen en digitale tools zijn vertrouwd terrein. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans of Engels.
