Jouw rol in de winkel

  • Je stuurt het verkoopteam aan, motiveert collega’s en organiseert de dagelijkse planning.
  • Je werkt actief mee met het team op de winkelvloer.
  • Je bewaakt de winkeluitstraling en houdt de klantvriendelijkheid en persoonlijke service op niveau.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het winkelbeheer en de doelstellingen.
  • Je rapporteert over de winkel aan de District Manager.
