The posting

Voor een internationale productieomgeving zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Expediteur die instaat voor het organiseren, coördineren en administratief opvolgen van nationale en internationale transporten.

Als Expediteur ben je de spil tussen interne afdelingen, klanten en logistieke partners. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen tijdig, correct en volgens de geldende transport- en douanevoorschriften hun bestemming bereiken.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van transportopdrachten.
  • Ingeven van transportaanvragen in SAP Transport Management.
  • Opmaak en verwerking van transportdocumenten.
  • Ontvangen en begeleiden van chauffeurs aan het loket.
  • Opvolgen van transporten en proactief communiceren bij vertragingen of afwijkingen.
  • Opstellen van purchase orders voor transportgerelateerde activiteiten.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met logistieke medewerkers en heftruckchauffeurs om een vlotte goederenstroom te garanderen.
  • Verzorging van receptietaken zoals bezoekersonthaal, postverdeling en verwerking van pakketten.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij diverse administratieve processen binnen de organisatie.

Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle transportgerelateerde zaken binnen de organisatie.

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als expediteur binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en andere administratieve systemen.
  • Sterke kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een sterke troef.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten kunnen stellen.
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met interne en externe partners
