Production Team Leader – Three-Shift System

Job description

Are you looking for a full-time job as a team leader on a three-shift system in Dendermonde? In the textile industry, you will have the opportunity to help create safe, high-quality production and teams that work together effectively.

A production environment with a clear purpose

You will join a manufacturer operating in the textile industry.

What does the job involve?

  • You coach and lead a team, ensuring that daily targets are met.
  • You prepare work schedules and hold discussions about employees’ performance and wellbeing.
  • You ensure clear communication within the department through information sessions and a team noticeboard.
  • You support collaboration between shifts and departments and ensure that safety rules are followed.
  • You oversee the achievement of operational targets and quality requirements, and lead the improvement projects assigned to you.

The morning, afternoon and night shifts follow one another in rotation.

  • You are confident using computers and new software packages. Experience in the textile industry would be an added advantage.
