Als Technisch Operator Molding speel je een sleutelrol binnen het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de spuitgietmachines correct ingesteld zijn, optimaal draaien en kwalitatieve producten afleveren.

  • Je stelt spuitgietmachines in aan de hand van de juiste procesparameters en volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op
  • Je analyseert storingen en afwijkingen en stuurt bij waar mogelijk
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit zodat elk product voldoet aan de vooropgestelde normen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe producties vlot opgestart worden en stelt machines om waar nodig
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte ploegoverdracht zodat de productie vlot blijft verlopen

Je start in een 2-ploegenstelsel:

  • 05u00 - 13u00
  • 13u00 - 21u00

Na ongeveer één jaar krijg je de mogelijkheid om over te stappen naar de vaste nachtploeg.

  • Je hebt vooral veel GIT: Goesting In Techniek
  • Een technisch diploma is een sterke troef
  • Heb je geen diploma maar wel relevante ervaring? Dan komen jouw technische skills zeker ook in aanmerking
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in kunststofverwerking
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's en zorgt voor een goede ploegoverdracht
  • Orde, netheid en veiligheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
