Een werfleider die de dagelijkse leiding neemt over de mechanische werken bij de klant met betrekking tot de uitvoering, het rendement, te gebruiken materiaal en de veiligheid zodanig dat de dienstverlening doelmatig, kostenbewust, binnen de gestelde levertermijn en volgens de gevraagde kwaliteit verloopt.

  • Je staat in voor de planning en organisatie van de werken en rapporteert het verloop van de projecten aan de Projectmanager in de wekelijkse meeting.
  • Je maakt offertes op, bestelt de materialen, controleert dagrapporten, maakt vorderingsstaten en meewerken op en volgt deze op.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de werf met het oog op veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je instrueert, begeleidt, corrigeert en motiveert de werknemers op de werkplek, controleert de werktijden en rapporteert problemen of afwijkingen aan de Projectmanager.
  • Je waakt over het rendement van de werken, neemt initiatief tot nacalculatie en maakt de eindafrekening met goedkeuring van de Projectmanager.
  • Je hebt een diploma Bachelor Bouw of Master Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring.
  • Je hebt een Certificaat Veiligheid voor operationeel leidinggevende (VCA-VOL)
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS-Office.
  • Je bent flexibel, hands-on en pragmatisch en je hebt een resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je hebt een vlotte omgang met mensen en je hebt leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Je bent een motivator en een People-manager.
