As a key point of contact for both clients and junior team members, you will contribute to high-quality deliverables while ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met.You will play an active role in client interactions, developing strong relationships, understanding their challenges and providing tailored, value-added advice. Beyond client work, you will play an important role in the development of our team. You will coach and mentor junior team members, review their work and contribute to fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Through ongoing training, exposure to complex international projects and increasing leadership responsibilities, you will be empowered to continuously develop your expertise and advance your professional ambitions.Responsibilities:As part of our International Tax team, you will take on a central role in delivering high-quality advisory services within a dynamic and client-driven environment.Your role will include:• Advising clients on complex International and Luxembourg tax matters, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance in a constantly evolving regulatory landscape;• Leading and reviewing in-depth tax analysis, and translating technical findings into clear, strategic and actionable recommendations;• Managing client engagements, including planning, execution and timely delivery of high-quality outputs;• Acting as a potential point of contact for clients, starting building trusted relationships with the aim of ensuring full client satisfaction;• Supervising, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring quality standards;• Contributing indirectly to business development initiatives, including proposals and pitches with the support of a highly experienced advisory team ;• Collaborating closely with your management team and actively contributing to the growth and positioning of your service line.You will be expected to demonstrate high dedication to work, a high level of rigor in all aspects of your work and substantial capacity to share your knowledge with your team members.Your Profile:• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Law (with a specialization in Tax Law);• 2–4 years of relevant experience in International Tax, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm;• Strong technical expertise in International and Luxembourg tax frameworks;• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and simplify complex matters;• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure;• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with first experiences in client interactions;• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coach junior team members;• Proactive, results-driven and committed to continuous learning and professional growth;• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).What We Offer• A high-impact role with increased autonomy, responsibility and potential client exposure depending on your skills and behavior;• A key learning process over the long term in business developments initiatives;• The opportunity to work on complex, technical and strategic assignments;• A clear career path with leadership development opportunities;• Continuous learning tailored to your level of experience and ambitions;• A human-sized international group combining proximity, entrepreneurial spirit and global reach;• A dynamic, collaborative and high-performing environment where excellence and teamwork go hand in hand.Forvis Mazars is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture in which each individual feels welcomed.We consider candidates based on their skills, abilities or experiences as we believe everyone brings their own talents with them.The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and enriching.
