Das erwartet Dich

  • Du arbeitest in einem kleinen Team an innovativen digitalen Lösungen für die Wirtschaftsprüfung und unterstützt dabei die Weiterentwicklung unserer Audit Services.
  • Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg*innen sorgst du dafür, dass unsere digitalen Anwendungen im täglichen Einsatz zuverlässig funktionieren und kontinuierlich optimiert werden.
  • Dein Schwerpunkt liegt in der Unterstützung von Betriebs-, Support- und Wissensprozessen. Dazu gehören unter anderem die Erstellung und Pflege von FAQs, Trainingsunterlagen, Wissensartikeln und Dokumentationen.
  • Du analysierst Nutzerfeedback sowie Nutzungs- und Supportdaten und unterstützt dabei, Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für unsere Produkte und Services zu identifizieren.
  • Außerdem begleitest du die Übergabe neuer Audit Lösungen aus Entwicklung und Rollout in den Regelbetrieb und erhältst spannende Einblicke in Produktmanagement, Service Management und die digitale Transformation der Wirtschaftsprüfung.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data Science, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens
  • Begeisterung für digitale Produkte, neue Technologien und die digitale Transformation der Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Interesse an Themen wie IT Service Management, Produktmanagement, Wissensmanagement oder Customer Support
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Power BI, ServiceNow oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
