Make an Impact We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator/Specialist (f/m/x) (7-month maternity cover) to join our commercial team in Portugal. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that sales orders across the country organization are processed accurately and efficiently, while managing seamless end-to-end follow-ups. Acting as a vital operational backbone, you will provide critical support to Business Development Executives and serve as a primary contact for our B2B retail partners and independent accounts. This is a position based in Portugal with the flexibility to work remotely. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Service. What you will do in this role: Order Management & System Execution

Handle accurate entry, modification, and follow-up for product, spare parts, collateral, and fixture orders across manual and automated systems (e.g., EDI, B2B).

Set up sales promotions in order management systems and configure B2B tools for new accounts and promotional campaigns.

Provide technical and operational support to B2B customers using digital sales tools, ensuring smooth adoption and tool utility.

B2B Partner & Sales Team Support

Serve as the primary internal contact for Business Development Executives, delivering high-quality administrative support.

Act as the dedicated point of contact for B2B customers regarding sales, aftersales inquiries, and resolution of partner queries.

Ensure independent B2B retailers regularly receive standardized wholesale price lists, brand updates, and communications as outlined by sales leadership.

Operations & Master Data Management

Maintain customer master data, coordinate door approval processes for independent accounts, and handle returns in coordination with FESCO.

Manage the credit and debit notes process in close collaboration with the Collecting team.

Prepare standardized sales collateral, product information, availability updates, and Go-To-Market (GTM) tools to support customer visits.

Sales Analytics & Reporting

Perform system analysis on SAP (e.g., ZSALES reports, monitoring blocked and back/open orders) to provide actionable insights for the sales organization.

Track order fulfillment efficiency to maximize delivery accuracy and business impact across all channels.

Who You Are

You bring proven experience within an inside sales, customer service, or commercial operations function.

You are a highly effective written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

You possess strong multitasking abilities and can comfortably adapt to changing priorities and requests in a fast-paced environment.

You demonstrate an ability to build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external B2B retail partners.

You have hands-on experience or familiarity with ERP systems; proficiency in SAP (order management, sales reporting) is highly preferred.

You are comfortable working with digital business tools, including B2B portals, EDI systems, and standard office software.

You are fluent in both Portuguese and English.
