The posting

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Salesforce Enablement Lead to their team.

Job Summary:

The Salesforce Enablement Lead is responsible for driving user readiness, adoption, and continued engagement across our Insurance and Wealth & Retirement Salesforce platforms. Supporting two distinct Salesforce organizations with different users, stakeholders, and business processes, this role serves as the primary bridge between Salesforce capabilities and the people who use them every day.

This multifaceted role combines Salesforce training, user enablement, agency onboarding, communications, documentation, and project coordination. The Lead delivers ongoing and project-based training, hosts regular office hours, assists users with common Salesforce questions, and develops scalable resources that help employees use the platform effectively.

The role also serves as a key enablement partner during new agency onboarding, creating and managing enablement project plans that coordinate training, communications, documentation, user readiness, and post-launch support.

Success requires a professional who understands Salesforce, communicates exceptionally well, is highly organized, and can move comfortably between facilitating a training session, supporting an individual user, coordinating an onboarding plan, and partnering with cross-functional teams on broader Salesforce initiatives.

Essential Functions:

Salesforce Training & User Enablement

  • Own and coordinate day-to-day Salesforce enablement activities across the Insurance and Wealth & Retirement Salesforce organizations.
  • Develop and deliver role-based Salesforce training for new and existing users through live sessions, virtual training, office hours, and targeted learning opportunities.
  • Host recurring Salesforce office hours to provide accessible support, reinforce best practices, and address common questions.
  • Provide frontline guidance for common Salesforce user issues and determine when questions require escalation to the appropriate Salesforce or technical team.
  • Identify recurring user challenges and translate them into training, documentation, communications, or process improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Salesforce Platform Leads, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to ensure training reflects current processes, platform functionality, and organizational standards.

New Agency Onboarding

  • Lead the Salesforce enablement workstream for new agency onboarding across applicable business units.
  • Create and manage onboarding project plans covering user readiness, communications, training, documentation, and post-launch enablement.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce, business operations, implementation teams, agency leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure users are prepared for launch.
  • Develop training strategies tailored to the needs, roles, and Salesforce experience of each incoming agency.
  • Facilitate training before and during onboarding and provide structured post-launch support to help users transition successfully.
  • Track onboarding milestones, dependencies, risks, and outstanding activities and proactively communicate status to appropriate stakeholders.

Communications & Change Enablement

  • Develop clear, engaging user communications for Salesforce releases, process changes, new capabilities, training opportunities, and onboarding activities.
  • Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to create communication and training strategies that support successful organizational change.
  • Translate technical or system changes into practical, user-focused messaging that explains what is changing, why it matters, and what users need to do.
  • Maintain consistent messaging and enablement standards across Salesforce initiatives while tailoring communications for different audiences.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve Salesforce end-user documentation, training materials, job aids, FAQs, onboarding resources, and other enablement content.
  • Ensure documentation remains current as Salesforce functionality and business processes evolve.
  • Establish organized, scalable approaches for maintaining Salesforce training and enablement resources across both organizations.
  • Partner with Salesforce and business teams to validate documentation and ensure resources accurately reflect approved processes and best practices.

Adoption & Continuous Improvement

  • Support adoption strategies that help users confidently and consistently leverage Salesforce in their day-to-day work.
  • Gather feedback through training, office hours, onboarding activities, and stakeholder conversations to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor common questions, training needs, and adoption challenges to identify where additional education, communication, or process improvement is needed.
  • Partner with Salesforce Platform Leads and business stakeholders to evolve the enablement program as organizational needs and Salesforce capabilities grow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and the ability to confidently navigate, demonstrate, and explain functionality to users with varying levels of technical experience.
  • Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
  • Experience creating user communications, training materials, presentations, job aids, and other enablement content.
  • Foundational experience in marketing, communications, change management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different business units and stakeholder groups.
  • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including developing plans, managing milestones and dependencies, and coordinating activities across teams.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with users, leaders, subject matter experts, and technical partners.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and adapt as priorities, projects, and business needs evolve.
  • Flexibility to travel periodically for agency onboarding, training, or other business needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
