Business Development Center Representative

We’re looking for a proactive, goal-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to support customer relations and help drive growth at Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at building relationships, and motivated to meet goals. Automotive dealership or BDC experience is preferred. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers, this is a great opportunity to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers and support them throughout the vehicle purchasing and information-gathering process
  • Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers
  • Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead follow-up
  • Qualify customer needs and connect customers with the appropriate sales team member
  • Communicate with customers in a professional, helpful manner
  • Direct customers to vehicle and product information, including online resources
  • Build and maintain a prospecting network
  • Log customer interactions and follow-up activity in the CRM
  • Work toward monthly and quarterly goals

Requirements

  • Automotive dealership or BDC experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to submit to a drug screen before employment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
