Für unsere bilinguale Privatschule suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachperson für die Schweizer Lohnadministration und die Finanzbuchhaltung. Die Stelle ist als Mutterschaftsvertretung befristet und das Pensum beträgt bis September 2027 100 %.

Ihre Aufgaben

Die Schweizer Lohnabrechnung korrekt und termingerecht abwickeln, einschliesslich Lohnänderungen, Abzügen und Sozialversicherungen

Die Administration der Pensionskasse in Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung und den zuständigen Stellen unterstützen

Die Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung betreuen, einschliesslich Rechnungsbearbeitung, Zahlungsvorbereitung und Überwachung offener Forderungen

Finanzunterlagen pflegen, Konten abstimmen und bei den Monatsabschlüssen mitarbeiten

Eng mit der Personalabteilung, den Schulleitungen und dem Finanzteam zusammenarbeiten

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Finanz-, Lohn- oder Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung

Praktische Erfahrung in der Schweizer Lohnadministration sowie Kenntnisse der Schweizer Sozialversicherungen und der Pensionskassenadministration

Erfahrung in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung

Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie mit Finanz- und Lohnsystemen

Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und diskreter Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten

Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf an beiden Standorten zu arbeiten

Erfahrung mit NetSuite oder vergleichbarer Buchhaltungssoftware ist von Vorteil
