El Barista realizará un trabajo de calidad brindando el servicio de alimentos y bebidas en nuestra cafatería insignia Pan Dulce; alcanzando los resultados establecidos por Four Seasons. Brinda experiencias únicas y memorables a nuestros clients y contribuirá al trabajo en equipo, teniendo una comunicación efectiva entre sus compañeros(as).

Funciones esenciales

  • Tener buen conocimiento en la preparación de bebidas frías y calientes
  • Tiene la responsabilidad de asegurarse de que todo lo que sirva al cliente tenga las especificaciones del solicitante y de la calidad, temperatura y configuración de cada producto.
  • Está enfocado(a) física y mentalmente durante todo el tiempo que se ocupa de la solicitud de servicios.
  • Realizar el montaje del establecimiento de acuerdo a lo establecido por Four Seasons.
  • Realizar la rotación de producto en primeras entradas primeras salidas.
  • Realizar los cobros de productos con responsabilidad y honestidad.
  • Al final del turno realizar el corte de caja con los reportes y acomodo que corresponde.
  • Mantener ordenado y limpio su lugar de trabajo

Educación

  • Preparatoria terminada o experiencia equivalente

Experiencia:

  • De uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia desempeñando el puesto
  • Uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia en un ambiente de hotelería de lujo (No es requisito obligatorio, pero se considera un plus)

Habilidades

  • Habilidad para leer, hablar y escribir en Español e Inglés.
  • Comprender y familiarizarse con los estándares de calidad y los estándares de servicio del hotel.
  • Máximo nivel de integridad y transparencia
  • Aplicar un enfoque ético al resultado de las situaciones.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de construcción de relaciones.
  • Habilidades razonables para resolver problemas, tomar decisiones y resolver conflictos
